We're saving super Sunday's summary as it'll be a big one after the Cardiff 10k!
What and where were San Domenico RC running on Saturday? WelI we'll tell you now in a minute...
Whilst some of the club stayed at home to get some Oasis tickets or rested ahead of the Cardiff 10k, we still had a fair few out running.
First of the day was Craig who was in Malmö Ribersborg .
Simon celebrated part of his birthday morning at Cardiff with Paulina & Owen, whilst Phil, Mariona & Brian were also there.
George, Ceri & Ian B were at Llanishen Park, Andy G & Karen ran at Tremorfa whilst Tom B timed them over the finish line.
Chris M was at Trelai and James D was at Grangemoor. Andrew U & Joey ran the changed course in Pontypridd and Dan L was at Riverfront.
Rob L was at Swansea Bay and Susannah ran at Teifi Marshes Nature reserve.
Across the border, Ian O was at Peel, Steve P took a trip to University Parks in Oxford and Sue went to Salisbury.
The most scenic (and challenging) course of the day went to Niall who was at Woolacombe Dunes. Classed as one of the hardest and slowest in the UK with a long beach section & a dune, it makes the post run coffee that bit more worthwhile when you get a view of the sea.
Unsurprisingly, none of the club made the trip to Bushy Park’s 1000th event which drew in nearly 6000 people from all over the country and abroad. That’s nearly 3 times their biggest turnout and a lot of time doing results processing.
Well done everyone!
