It was a case of 'you snooze you loose' on a sunny but cold weekend of running at San Dom HQ. Here's some of the highlights!
Parkrun Saturday:
We had 8 members attend the very busy alternative @cardiffparkrun with Harry T completing his 100th parkrun - congrats to him!
Locally, we also had Chris M at Cosmeston Lakes and Ian B, Meg P, Ruth and Heledd at @llanprkparkrun.
Harry W and Lucy headed to @newportparkrun, Karen was at @penalltaparkrun whilst Kev, Andrew U and Joey went a little further to Pontypool.
In the south, we had Aislin and Jack at Exeter and Lowri at @blandford_parkrun. Natalie took advantage of her London trip and visited @gunnersburyparkrun
In the north, Alec and Helen added another new one at Windy Nook and Morwenna was at the alternative course of Kawana.
Phew, we'll be looking at compiling some of our parkrun pics in a web feature..watch this space!
And what did Sunday bring? Sunday social running of various distances!
A great turnout today resulted in 3 different routes & paces - 10k, 10 miles & 13 miles. Great to see a new face turning up and the recent regulars easily taking on an extra few miles on last week.
Perfect bit of training for those doing a marathon or half marathon but equally as enjoyable for those wanting some company to run for longer. Nice brunch at Pear Tree after for some of us too!
Get in touch if you'd like to join us on a weekend run.
