Congratulations to all the runners today at the San Domenico 20 & 10 miler.
Dewi Griffiths (Swansea Harriers) obliterated the 20 mile course record, finishing in 1:41:14 whilst Ifan Lloyd (Swansea Harriers) also demolished the v65 record with an unbelievable 2:09:44.
Mark Price (unattached) was second overall & Oliver Webb (Cardiff Triathletes) third.
Race Results continued...
Sioned Howells (Swansea Harriers) was first female back in the 20 miler in another fantastic time of 2:06:01 which was fifth overall! Ceri Merwood (CDF runners) was second and Kristie Oconnell-James (Ponty Roadents) third.
In the 10 mile race, Dan Smith (Ponty Roadents) was first over the line followed by Sam Joseph (Swansea Harriers) & Darren Bishop (Ponty Roadents).
Lauren Cooper (Parc Bryn Bach) won the 10 miler for the second successive year in a time of 60:46, followed by Kani Hinshelwood (Parc Bryn Bach) & Ffion Davies (Port Talbot Harriers)
